Synopsis

Two artists have the fight of their lives as they compete to create the greatest artwork mankind has ever seen.

Set to Grieg's In the Hall of the Mountain King, the relentlessly gripping pace of the film does not stop even for a second. Onyx Studios' own Samuel Chen co-stars against Richard Hearne in this fun comedy.

Peckham Platform Screening 2016
We were absolutely honoured and thrilled that our short film 'Masterpiece' was exhibited at the Peckham Platform and included in the publication: 'A dog in the Playground.'

Three of our films were written about and included in the publication, though one of them remains publicly unreleased. It was an absolute joy to see live audience reactions to the film. Getting an emotional reaction from people is, to us, the most important part of what we do. Whether it be to make someone laugh, cry, be scared or be happy, if we make them feel something, we feel accomplished.
​
We would like to personally thank Mr. Rupert Haynes for his thoughtful dissection and analysis of our work and for his creative input!
